We had our family photo taken in hopes of using it for our Christmas picture but Acadia was not feeling very photogenic that day (as you can see). Oh well! I'm thinking there is probably a rather small window of time when your children will smile nicely for a photo, after they're preschoolers and before they're teenagers. But then again maybe it's the child's personality, who knows?

I have changed my expectations. I figure the kids don't have to be perfect as long as Carl and I look good! :-) And you look great! As does Zaak! :-) So I wouldn't be afraid to use it! Everyone knows kids are tricky to get pictures of. And she still looks cute in her sweet little way!!
Thanks Mish :) I just can't in good conscience print off umpteen photos with someone looking so goofy in the shot! We'll try again when it gets closer to Xmas :)

I think you guys all look great. Chadya was a very shy child so her younger photos were very strained. It happens. They grow out of it....most of them do but my brother didn't.
